Child Safety Standards

Pottu (the “Platform” — mobile app and website), a product of and as provided by KGSN Group Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). These Child Safety Standards set out how we prohibit, detect, and respond to such content and conduct on the Platform, in line with applicable laws and the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

1.1 Pottu strictly prohibits any content, conduct, or activity that sexualises, endangers, exploits, or otherwise harms minors. This includes, without limitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1.2 These standards are published and form part of our user policies, and are to be read together with our Terms and Conditions (in particular our Content Moderation and Prohibited Content provisions) and our Privacy Policy. Any user who violates these standards will have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently banned, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

1.3 Pottu requires users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account, and imposes higher age requirements for certain features (including a minimum age of 18 to host a livestream or make payments), as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

2. In-App Reporting Mechanism

2.1 Pottu provides mechanisms within the app for users to report content or behaviour that may violate these standards without leaving the app. Users can report reels, comments, and live streams directly from the relevant screen, and can block other users.

2.2 Users may also contact our support team at any time by email at contact@pottu.com.sg to raise concerns, including any concern relating to child safety.

3. Response to CSAM and Reporting to Authorities

3.1 Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or any CSAE on the Platform, we take appropriate action, which includes removing the content, suspending or terminating the responsible account, and preserving relevant information in accordance with our published standards and applicable laws.

3.2We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations and, where required, report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authorities in Singapore and other applicable jurisdictions.

4.1 We have designated a point of contact who is able to respond to inquiries regarding our CSAM-prevention practices and our compliance with these standards, including notifications from Google Play regarding CSAE content found on the Platform:

5.1 We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated standards.
